Weekly Trail Run/Running Mechanics

Every Monday and Wednesday, 4:00-5:00 pm, rain or shine. Meet in parking area across the road froM MV Sharks field. Our program, directed by USATF Level I certified coaches, introduce young athletes to the basics of running for fun, exercise and competition, as well as help more experienced young athletes to build on their current skill level. Kids learn proper running and breathing techniques and build fitness levels, as well as camaraderie, sportsmanship and leadership. Runners have the opportunity to earn incentives based upon attainment of certain running goals. Drop ins welcome!
